I wanted to share my experience and rave about the incredible work of Mandy at Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC in Spring Hill. Our family has been utilizing her massage therapy services for almost five years, and she is truly one of the best therapists I've encountered. I have autoimmune issues, so I make sure to get massage therapy regularly for chronic pain relief. Mandy is also a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, and her sessions consistently help alleviate my inflammation and enhance my immune function. Recently, she added Cranial Fascial Therapy to her offerings, focusing on releasing tension in the fascia and nervous system. After just a couple of sessions in January, I felt an immense relief, as if my head had become ten pounds lighter, thanks to the reduction of tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It might sound surprising, but it also significantly boosted my concentration and focus. 🥳 Just last week, I experienced seven continuous days of lower back pain due to a muscle spasm, making it difficult to walk.
