I wanted to tell people about the incredible work of Mandy at
Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC in Spring Hill and about my experience yesterday. Our family has been seeing her for almost five years for massage therapy and she is one of the best we have ever seen. I have autoimmune issues so try to get massage therapy semi-regularly for chronic pain relief. She is also a Certified Lymphatic Therapist and her sessions always relieve my inflammation and improve immune function. She recently added Cranial Fascial Therapy to her practice, which focuses on releasing tension in the fascia and nervous system. I had a couple of sessions in January and wow, my head felt ten pounds lighter afterwards because it released so much tension from my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It may sound strange but it also helped improve my concentration and focus. 🥳 Last week I had seven straight days of lower back pain from a muscle spasm and could barely walk. I finally got myself in to see Mandy for the fascia work which is gentle, not aggressive but breaks up scar tissue and tension. I left my appointment yesterday with almost no pain and today it is so much better! Highly recommend for all three services! 🥰.
