Kris graduated in 2017 from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, TN. She brings both skill and creativity to her massage practice; blending moderate to firm pressure with techniques designed to ease muscle tension and release stubborn trigger points. Kris is skilled at providing specific deep tissue techniques while keeping the clients’ priorities in focus. Her approach combines the soothing flow of Swedish massage with the precision of Trigger Point Therapy and the lengthening benefits of Myofascial stretching. This unique combination not only melts away discomfort but also helps restore freedom of movement leaving clients relaxed, refreshed and renewed. She is passionate about tailoring each session to meet her clients’ needs-whether that means easing daily stress, addressing chronic tightness, or supporting overall well being.
