The staff of Therapeutic Hands Massage has extensive education with over 60 years of experience and training in various techniques and modalities to achieve premium results.
The owner and lead massage therapist grew up in a Chiropractic household and learned at a very young age the importance of body work and how it affects your well-being. This background lead Casey to begin her career in 2005 at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement. She had the opportunity to work with the Tennessee Titans after her graduation in 2006 which lead her to specialize her craft in sports and deep tissue massage. She later went on to become nationally certified in Therapeutic techniques in 2010. Since then she has been fortunate to obtain extensive training in variety of techniques to specialize her skills and focus on the therapeutic and restorative qualities of massage that will benefit everyone from professional athletes to stay at home moms. After undergoing three back surgeries and a spinal fusion in 2021 Casey is no longer able to practice massage, she continues to operate the studio and is blessed to have a great team of talented massage therapists to carry on with her mission.
A Michigan native thriving in Tennessee is no stranger to massage therapy. Andrena practiced from 1996-1997 in Michigan and resigned her practice to raise her family. 15 years and 3 children later she chose to become licensed in Tennessee after graduating from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2015. While she is trained in various techniques that promote healing and wellness, she has really extended her education in massage therapy. Andrena is certified in Contemporary and Advanced Cupping, Neuromuscular Cupping and Facial Rejuvenation Cupping. She modifies each session to integrate the necessary techniques needed to help her clients. "I am honored when trusted by clients to work with them towards their goal of increased well-being."
Mandy began her career in massage after obtaining her degree in Athletic Training from MTSU. While working with elite athletes, Mandy saw a need to provide maintenance to prevent injury and enhance performance. She graduated from the Holistic Institute for Health in 2006. In 2017, after seeing a growing need for Lymphedema Therapy, she became a Certified Lymphatic Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphedema Therapy. Her modalities include Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Crano-Sacral, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Pre-natal, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Sports massage and Swedish. Mandy believes everyone's treatment should be unique and unsurpassed.
Lisa Samson graduated from Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2015. In her career as a massage therapist she has been privileged to provide massage for our elders and the disabled, allowing them to live a more fulfilled life. She believes in the healing power of relaxing the central nervous system for mental, emotional and physical wellness. Lisa also seeks to help those who experience symptoms of bodily stress from overworking and repetitive motion. Lisa offers a variety of therapeutic treatments including Swedish, Pre-natal, Lymphatic, Hot Stone and Deep Tissue.
Kris graduated from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2017. She believes in the therapeutic benefits that deep relaxation and healing can bring to the mind, body and spirit through the practice of massage. Kris incorporates a variety of techniques to assist her client's with both their physical and relaxation goals for each session. She applies her knowledge of Crano-Sacral, Acupressure, Range of Motion stretches and Firm Swedish techniques to ensure that each session is exactly what the client needs.
Brooke has always had a passion for helping others and decided to turn that passion into a career in massage therapy. Brooke graduated from Cumberland Institute in 2022 and is proficient in relaxation techniques, stress relief, and nervous system regulation with training in Swedish, integrative techniques, stretching, and cranio-sacral therapy. As a mother herself, she has a passion for women's health as she is studying to become a certified pre-natal therapist and doula.
Lori grew up in a small town in Tennessee, and moved to Spring Hill in 2001. After deciding that helping people was her passion in life she began to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Lori graduated from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapy in 2009 and is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofacial, Prenatal, and Sports massage. Whether someone has chronic muscular pain or just needs an escape to relax, Lori loves using the knowledge and tools of Massage Therapy to help others achieve a happier, healthier mind and body.
Pam graduated with a B.A. in speech and hearing science from The Ohio State University in 1989. She worked as a speech therapist for Williamson County Schools for several years before she was drawn to a career in massage therapy. Pam graduated from Southeastern Institute for Massage Therapy in 2013 and is proficient in a variety of modalities including Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Stretching, Cupping, Pre-natal, Post-natal and General Medical massage. She enjoys connecting with each client individually to design the best treatment plan for each person and believes in the importance of treating the mind, body and spirit to achieve the desired results.
