A Michigan native thriving in Tennessee, Andrena is no stranger to massage therapy. She practiced in Michigan from 1996-1997 before resigning to raise her family. After relocating to Tennessee, she decided to return to school for massage therapy, encouraged by her family. In 2015, she graduated from the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies. Andrena specializes in various techniques that promote healing and wellness, with a particular focus on cupping massage. She is certified in Contemporary and Advanced Cupping, Neuromuscular Cupping, and Facial Rejuvenation Cupping, allowing her to integrate these techniques into her sessions, including deep tissue massage and Lymphatic Therapy. Andrena adjusts each treatment to meet her clients' needs, emphasizing her passion for providing Therapeutic Hands Massage. "I am honored when trusted by clients to work with them towards their goal of increased well-being."

Mandy began her career in massage therapy after obtaining her degree in Athletic Training from MTSU. While working with elite athletes, she recognized the need for maintenance strategies, such as deep tissue massage and cupping massage, to prevent injuries and enhance performance. Mandy graduated from the Holistic Institute for Health in 2006. In 2017, after observing a growing demand for Lymphatic Therapy, she became a Certified Lymphatic Therapist by completing 135 hours of education at the Norton School of Lymphedema Therapy. Her extensive modalities include Reflexology, Craniosacral, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Sports massage, and Swedish techniques, all delivered with her Therapeutic Hands Massage philosophy. Mandy believes that every treatment should be unique and unsurpassed.

Kris graduated in 2017 from the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, TN. She brings both skill and creativity to her massage therapy practice; blending moderate to firm pressure with specific techniques designed to ease muscle tension and release stubborn trigger points. Kris is particularly skilled in providing deep tissue massage techniques while keeping her clients’ priorities at the forefront. Her approach combines the soothing flow of Swedish massage with the precision of Trigger Point Therapy, and she also incorporates Lymphatic Therapy and the lengthening benefits of Myofascial stretching. This unique combination not only melts away discomfort but also helps restore freedom of movement, leaving clients relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. She is passionate about tailoring each session to meet her clients’ needs—whether that means easing daily stress, addressing chronic tightness, or incorporating cupping massage for additional healing support. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and enjoying lazy days.

Lori is a lifelong Tennessean with deep roots in her community. After discovering her passion for helping people, she pursued a career in massage therapy. Graduating from the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapy in 2009, Lori has developed proficiency in various techniques, including deep tissue massage, cupping massage, lymphatic therapy, and sports massage. Whether someone is dealing with chronic muscular pain or simply needs an escape to relax, Lori enjoys utilizing her skills and therapeutic hands massage to assist others in achieving a happier, healthier mind and body.

Pam graduated with a B.A. in speech and hearing science from The Ohio State University in 1989. She worked as a speech therapist for Williamson County Schools for several years before transitioning into a fulfilling career in massage therapy. Pam graduated from Southeastern Institute for Massage Therapy in 2013, where she honed her skills in various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue massage, cupping massage, and Lymphatic Therapy. Additionally, she specializes in myofascial stretching, pre-natal, post-natal, and general medical massage. Pam enjoys connecting with each client individually to craft the best treatment plan tailored to their needs. She believes that utilizing therapeutic hands massage, along with addressing the mind, body, and spirit, is essential for achieving optimal results.

As a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist, Luna is passionate about helping clients achieve pain relief, relaxation, and improved overall wellness through personalized therapeutic bodywork. Her approach highlights the importance of listening to each client’s unique needs and goals, allowing her to create customized treatment plans that support both immediate relief and long-term well-being. Luna's experience in a variety of clinical and spa settings has equipped her to effectively address chronic muscle tension, injuries, and stress management through various modalities, including deep tissue massage, cupping massage, and lymphatic therapy. With her skilled therapeutic hands massage, she ensures the best outcomes for each client.

When Luna is out of the office, she spends her time outdoors as much as possible, taking in all that nature has to offer.
