Bamboo massage therapy is one of the lesser-known forms of therapeutic massage. However, warm bamboo has the ability to achieve a profound level of pain relief and encourage healing within the muscles. In combination with deep tissue and Swedish techniques, the warm bamboo rods help soften the muscle tissue, generating a powerful deep therapeutic pressure that helps release trigger points, improve mobility, and reduce pain and inflammation.

After elective, cosmetic-surgery operations Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a critical part of the healing and recovery process. Your therapist will use gentle, rhythmic and constant movements that mimic the rhythm of the body's lymphatic system. During your session the therapist will gently massage the lymph nodes and with gentle, fluid movements then guides the post surgical edema from the affected area to the correlating lymph nodes. *Lymphatic Massage is NOT deep tissue and should NEVER hurt.

We believe that everyone should be able to obtain the healing benefits of massage therapy. Our studio offers packages of 5 massage sessions at a discount to help those clients that want to make massage a part of their wellness routine.

Due to the length and preparation of the Spa and Body Treatments we require clients to schedule at least 48 hours in advance. Our cancellation and No Show policy is strictly enforced with these treatments and a valid credit card is required at time of booking.
