A massage specifically for expecting mothers. It is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy. Our therapists use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.

This specialized form of Cryotherapy uses a combination of cold marble stones and massage techniques to help relieve migraines, tension headaches, and sinus pressure.

Bamboo massage therapy is one of the lesser-known forms of therapeutic massage. However, warm bamboo has the ability to achieve a profound level of pain relief and encourage healing within the muscles. In combination with deep tissue and Swedish techniques, the warm bamboo rods help soften the muscle tissue, generating a powerful deep therapeutic pressure that helps release trigger points, improve mobility, and reduce pain and inflammation.

This full-body massage incorporates ”Synergy” hot stones with a light to moderate pressure massage. Experience this time-honored practice that brings deep, restorative rest and relaxation. Your massage therapist glides smooth heated stones over the body; providing warmth that soothes your muscles, increases circulation and induces a sense of peace. Our hot stone massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax.

After any surgical operation Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a critical part of the healing and recovery process. Our therapist will use gentle, rhythmic movements that mimic the rhythm of the body's lymphatic system. During your session the therapist will gently massage the lymph nodes with gentle, fluid movements then guide the edema from the affected area to the correlating lymph nodes. *Lymphatic Massage is NOT deep tissue and should NEVER hurt. This cannot be combined with any other services.

While we no longer have a dedicated room for couples massage, we can accommodate 2 massages at the same time in seperate rooms.

We believe that everyone should be able to obtain the healing benefits of massage therapy. Our studio offers packages of 5 massage sessions at a discount to help those clients that want to make massage a part of their wellness routine. Package must be used within one year of purchase. Does not include lymphatic, hot stone or warm bamboo.
