Therapeutic Hands Massage was established in 2013 and we have been dedicated to providing health and wellness to our clients through the practice of integrative massage and bodywork. Our highly trained, Licensed Massage Therapists discuss the needs and expectations with each client prior to their appointment to create a customized massage session tailored to achieve lasting results. We listen to our clients concerns and feel it is our job as therapists to understand these symptoms and create a personalized massage using a variety of techniques, this is why we firmly believe that our clients should never be charged extra for deep tissue, sports massage, pre-natal, stretching or other definitive modalities.

Cancellation Policy

Our office has a 24 hour cancellation/No-show policy, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please contact our studio 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. A valid credit card is required to be on file in our computer system at time of booking. All No-Show appointments will be charged 50% of the total session price for the missed appointment regardless of when it was booked, any invalid or declined payment may result in further billing action.

Gift Certificate Policy

Except as otherwise stated by state law, Gift Certificates issued are only valid for use at Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC and must be presented at time of service. Maintenance, dormancy or service fees do not apply to balances on gift certificates. We encourage you to hold your gift certificate securely, gift certificates that are lost or stolen cannot be replace or refunded and Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC shall not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and all gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. All gift certificates must be redeemed on or before the expiration date issued. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered gift certificate will be the clients responsibility for the additional payment for the balance due.
